Question 1

Will callers know it is not my own staff?

Accepted Answer

No. We answer in your business name and follow your script. Callers are never told the service is external, and there is no indication on the call that differs from an in-house receptionist.

Question 2

Can you book appointments directly into my calendar?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can book into Google Calendar, Outlook, or your practice management system, depending on what you use. We check availability in real time so double-bookings do not happen.

Question 3

What are your hours?

Accepted Answer

Coverage is configured to your needs and can run to 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including public holidays. Most clients choose extended business hours plus weekends rather than full 24/7.

Question 4

How do you handle calls that need a specific team member?

Accepted Answer

You give us a routing list. If the person is available the call transfers through, and if they are not we take a message and flag it as urgent or routine according to your rules.

Question 5

Is there a minimum contract?

Accepted Answer

We work on rolling monthly terms rather than long lock-ins. If the service is not working for you, you can stop with notice rather than waiting out a year-long agreement.

Question 6

Can you handle multiple languages?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bilingual answering is available for the languages you need, which is useful in areas with a significant second-language population. Tell us which languages matter and we will confirm coverage.
